At MIRIS Eau De Parfum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the original perfume bottle in its protective packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
